The registration fee for each team is $450.00 There are three games guaranteed .There is NO GATE FEE. Please make your cheque or money order payable to HAVELOCK MINOR HOCKEY and send it along with the completed application form and a copy of your teams official OMHA approved roster to Havelock Minor Hockey Association,  P.O. Box 519, Havelock, ON, K0L 1Z0.  Upon acceptance into the tournament, you will be contacted with regards to the schedule of your first game. Any teams that are not accepted into the tournament will have their cheques or money orders returned immediately and their names put on a waiting list in case of cancellations.
